Is this therapy or medical treatment?

No. Health & wellness coaching helps you build sustainable habits and is not a substitute for medical care or mental health treatment. I work within the ICHWC-defined scope of practice and will encourage you to consult a physician or therapist where appropriate.

Do you prescribe diets or workout plans?

No prescriptions. We work on your relationship with food, movement, sleep and stress — building awareness and habits that stick, starting from wherever you are today. That's what makes the change last.

I work 55+ hour weeks. Do I have time for this?

That's exactly who this is built for. Sessions are 45–60 minutes weekly over video, actions are designed to fit inside a packed schedule, and the free 5-day Reset asks for less than 15 minutes a day.

Hindi ya English?

Both. Sessions and content are available in English, Hindi, or the natural mix most of us actually speak.

What if coaching isn't right for me?
